This includes the notion that "every student and learner has a personal online learning space" to "store their own course materials and assignments in digital form, and record their achievements." The report extols the virtues of more flexible e-learning resources and the ability of teachers to adapt the curriculum to their learners’ needs
and interests and integrate e-assessment.
